Overview:
Our firm recognizes the usefulness of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as an increasingly popular mode of resolving commercial disputes. We undertake work in arbitration, mediation, conciliation etc, including advising clients in all aspects of ADR, and representing clients before ADR tribunals/fora. One of the partners, Ms Njagi, is a certified Arbitrator.
